Before you book.

Is the roof check really free?

Yes. We inspect the roof, show you what we find and explain the options. There is no charge for the inspection and no obligation to book the work.

Will you tell me if a repair is enough?

Yes. A worn patch or a leak does not automatically mean a whole new roof. We look at the damage and the condition of the surrounding roof before recommending a repair or replacement.

Who will carry out the work?

Our regular roofing, exterior and attic services are carried out by TrueFlight employees on our own payroll. You deal with our team for the quote, the work and follow-up.

What warranty comes with a new roof?

TrueFlight provides a 15-year roofing workmanship warranty. Manufacturer product coverage is separate. We explain the applicable coverage and terms with your quote.

Can you help with more than the roof?

Yes. We also handle siding, gutters, fascia and soffit, skylights, attic ventilation and attic insulation. Tell us what you have noticed so we can include those concerns in the visit.

Do you work outside Calgary?

We serve Calgary, Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane, Strathmore, Lyalta and Okotoks. If you are outside those areas, call 403-879-8988 and we will confirm whether we can take on your project.
